Balraj Mann, BA. CA., CEO, President & Director

Mr. Mann is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, acquisitions, and financial reporting, serving as a director and advisor for both public and private companies.

Mr. Mann was a Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse and attained his designation with the same firm in 1982. From 1989 to 2001 he was president of a private real estate development corporation completing industrial, commercial, single and multi-family high-rise residential projects in excess of $200 million. During this time, Mr. Mann was also an active participant in the corporate management of the Boundary Bay Airport in Delta, BC. He was a Member of the advisory board of Accelerate Power Systems Inc, formerly Key Capital Group Inc, from 2000 to 2001. Over a period of six years, from 2006 to 2012, Mr. Mann had served as the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Senior Advisor of Business Development at Eagle Star Minerals Corp. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Nortec Minerals Corp, a TSX-V listed company.

Edward Low, CA., CFO

Mr. Low is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience in providing accounting services to both public and private companies. Within his extensive experience, Mr. Low has held positions including those of Chief Financial Officer, controller, and consultant in addition to his ownership of several businesses.

Since 1998, Mr. Low has provided accounting services to junior mining companies including those listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Nasdaq OTC:Bulletin Board. Alongside his accounting and real estate practices, he has held positions as a controller for over 15 years while acting as a consultant for the publicly traded gold mining and acquisitions company Yinfu Gold Corp. As of 2013, Mr. Low has furthered his profession as the current Chief Financial Officer for incorporated companies Medvue Medical Imaging (subsidiary of Envision Diagnostic Inc), Apolo Gold and Energy, and Alternative Earth Resources (formerly Nevada Geothermal Power Inc).

Anthony Zelen, Director

Mr. Zelen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Simon Fraser University resulting in over 17 years of experience in Investor Relations. He is the owner as well as Marketing and Communications Manager of the full-service corporate communications firm Senergy Communications Inc, providing investor relations, public relations, and marketing solutions for the mining and oil and gas industries. Mr. Zelen also serves as the director of several publicly traded companies.

In 1997, Mr. Zelen began in investor relations at Veritas Communications Inc. In 2000, he helped create and establish Mindshare Communications Inc followed by his experience in real estate as a commercial realtor with Royal LePage Commercial Inc. From 2004 to 2006, he resumed his career in investor relations at Solex Resources Corp while developing a venture capital network across North America, Western Europe, and Asia. In 2009, he took part as a director of Osia Ventures Ltd and became a director of Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc until 2010. From 2011 to 2013 he served as a director of Vida Ventures Ltd. Mr. Zelen currently continues as a director of Fitch Street Capital Corp since 2007.

Alicia Milne, Director

Ms. Milne is a Corporate Secretary and Securities Compliance Consultant providing services to various public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges. She is also a Director of Datinvest International Ltd.

Ms. Milne began her career over 15 years ago as a securities paralegal. Over the last 13 years, she has developed her career as a Corporate Secretary, Securities Compliance Officer, Securities Compliance and Corporate Consultant, as well as an Independent Director working with public companies including but not limited to Commerce Resources Corp, Eagle Star Minerals Corp, Pasinex Resources Ltd, and Zimtu Capital Corp. Complementary to her career, Ms. Milne has successfully completed numerous corporate and securities courses offered by the BC Securities Commission, the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC, and the TSX Venture Exchange.
